Feely began working in the abstract geometric style ( Ill 1) which, on his moving to the tropics in 1982, developed into a combination of abstract geometricism and natural forms (Ill 2, 3 ).

Specialising gradually in watercolours he showed in the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Caracas in May 2000. The exhibition celebrated the new millennium with a symbolic symphony of light (Ill 4, 5).

Interest in installations and social criticism led him to hold two individual shows at the experimental Galleries, Espacio Unus and Espacio Nexus (Ill 6, 7).

In 2004-2005 he held shows in Dublin and Rome.(Ill 8)
