Q:  Should I ask for an estimate even if I haven't decided if I want work done yet? A:  Absolutely. We're often booked for weeks in advance -- If you think you might want work done, contact us -- It may a while before we can fit you in our schedule, so you'll likely have enough time to make a decision. Q:  What is Faux? A:  Faux is a type of art that is hard even for some professionals to master. It is the art of using synthetic components to create a look that simulates real, but ordinarily expensive or rare materials, such as: Marble, Leather, Stone, Granite, Precious Stones, Gold, Silver, Beautiful Wood-Grains like Mahogany, Cedar and Acacia, etc. Q:  I want something original. What if I am not sure about what kind of art work I want done? A:  Frank Borjas, the owner and artist who founded Fauxnomenal Finishes in 1997, has many years of experience with regard to artistic style, and knows what makes a room come alive with just the right touches. If you are within The Greater Boston Area, we will arrange for an appointment, either by e-mail, or in person.
