"Hrmph, More males.." he gruffed as he looked at them. Janne-Li not noticing his precense yet as she carried on a conversation with Blade.
"About you setting me up with this blaze guy...I'd better take it up with Kalain...." She looks over and sees him standing there."oh Hi Kalain! I'd like you to meet blade...he's a new friend of mine!"
"Who's Blaze!?!"Kalain asked feeling threatened by his chance with Janne-Li.
"umm....Hi?" Blade said unsurely.
Kalain looks Blade over and smirks,"well,I don't care how many males I have to go through, I WILL win your heart Janne-Li! just you wait!" he said standing Proudly.
Janne-Li looks at him as her eyes twitches.
"oh brother......." Raikoo looks at Kalain a little uneasyly
"Blade.. protect me..."he said in a tiny voice
Jenne-Li walks to Raikoo and Blade.
"hey come with me I want to show you my home!" she said as she took the lead.
Raikoo and Blade follow as Kalain gallops up to her side and walks with her. they reach the edge of the Forbidden Forest as she stops.
"here,"she said "you might need these..."she holds out her hand as two wrist bands appear in her hand.
She hands one to both Blade and Raikoo. they take them and put them on.she leads them in
"welcome to the forbbiden forest the home of us Echidnataurs"
Raikoo watches Kalain very carefully then turns and whispers to Blade
"Carefull of what you say.... that guy lifted me up with one hand without twitching a muscle!"
Blades eyes go wide.as he takes a quick glance at Kalain who turns his head and growls at them they both shrink. Kalain grins. Janne-Li continues to speak "I as you know am the leader here..."
Kalain smiles "And the best damn leader as well"
Janne-Li looks over at them and then Kalain."and that muscle tone no brained Male bull is Kalain...."
"Hey!" Kalain says.
Janne-Li whispers at them "becareful around him....he has a short fuse when around other males....
Raikoo nods."Um...Yea.. I figured that.."
Janne-Li Smirks.Kalain looks at her then a glare at Raikoo.
Kalain Growls,"And what's that supposed to mean little one?"
"Um.. nothin', nothing at all!!" Raikoo says Taken aback at the look on Kalains face. Kalain snorts.
Janne-Li chuckles to her self
Raikoo changes the subject"Em.. so are there others of yer species Janne?"
Janne-Li smiles at him" yes, there are two others,Hai-Kei and a male named Lestat"
"Hai-kei? Sounds like sumthing you shout when doin' karate..." he says stiffling a laugh.Kalain Whacks him.
"OW! Why'd you do that for?!?!?!?"he said to him
Kalain Snarls."don't you DARE insult the second in command!"
"EEEEEEEPPP!!!! Blade! Help me here!!"
Blade looks at him."she has a point..... you did insult a higher authority" he explained
Kalain Smirks."Heh, Hai-Kei would snap the two of you like twigs with but a thought... and she's pale in comparison to Janne-Li here" Raikoo falls over anime style. Blade pokes him curiously.
"I want my mommy....."
Raikoo gets up looking sick
"Blade.. please tell me those horse kidna people were jes a dream......"he said hopefully"
Blade looks at him "they aren't"
"Oi...Well.. lovely forest ya got here.. but I gots Islands to check up on...." he says nerviously.
Kalain perks up with Curiosity
"Islands... you mean you have territoy of your own?"
"Um, yea...." Raikoo says
"oh really?"he says showing interest.
"Em... you can only get there either through flying, or by
portals..." Raikoo continues.
"Portals?? What are those?" Kalain asks
"Um.. portals are things that let you get from one place to another super-fast...
"oh,"Kalain says,"And where can one get these portals?"
"You don't get one.. you have to make one"Raikoo answers
"Oh? How?"
Janne-Li thinks as Raikoo explains it to him.
"Emmm......"Raikoo says trying to explain it.
Janne-Li gallops away to the palace.
Kalain looks at her go about to follow but stays and looks over at them.
"I'm only staying here, so that I can watch you two.. I trust no male around her.."
Raikoo hides behind Blade
"Blade... do one of yer demon/vamp things on him... he scares me..."
"no...I don't think so..." Blade replys
"Aww... why not?"raikoo Complains
"Because your friend isn't stupid Raikoo." Kalain snaps
Janne-Li runs back with a book under her arm.
"Whats that you got?" Raikoo asks relieved that she's back.
"you mean this?"Janne-li asks as she opens the spell book and trots up to to Raikoo. Raikoo looks at it.
"Well... yea..... but I dun use magic"Raikoo says
"oh well lets see here..."she says as she chants something in a different language
"See, there's a magic dampning feild around the island that's there naturally" he explains
Janne-Li stops and accidently turns Blade into an echidnataur.
"uh-oh....." she looks at the spell and blushes. "Sorry Blade!!!"
"Uhhhhh Wha happen?!?!?!?" he looks around and then at him self "GGGYYYAAAAAHHHH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?!?!?!?!?
"Um heh I accidently mis read the spell and turned you into an echidnataur....sorry..."She smiles sheepishly,then turns the page to a portal spell.
She chants in a different language and a portal opens.
Raikoo looks at it in awe "Pretty.."
"hmm...." she walks into the portal.the portal vanishes with her in it.
"JANNE-LI!!!!! Where'd she go???"Kalain glares at Blade and Raikoo"Alright you two.. what'd you do with her?!?!?!?"
"Nuthin, I did nuthin, I swear!!"Raikoo sais frantically.
"I was just mindin' my own business" Blade says at Kalain
Kalain walks up to Blade and Koo and lifts them both up with surpriseing ease.
"One of you hid her.... now tell me, where is she????"kalain Demands getting ready to beat the crap out of them.
The portal opens again and she walks out with an echidna girl in her arms.the echidna moans with pain.
"Janne-Li, you've returned!" Kalain says happily he drops them, and goes to her." Are you alright?!?!?"
Janne-Li looks at him and smiles "I'm fine..."
Kalain looks at the new stranger "WHo's that with you?"
"I don't know..."
"Hey.. isn't that Comy, Kanzi's GF??" Raikoo askes
"I don't know who's kanzi?"She asks
"Kanzi is a friend of mine"Raikoo said
"oh"
"you know Kanzi?"Blade asks Raikoo.
Comy moans in pain again.
"Comy, what's wrong?"Raikoo asked generally concerned
"I dunno I think she's sick" Janne-Li answers him. she kneels and lays her down on the ground.
