A Brief Biography
Cindy spent her childhood vacations near Barry's Bay, Ontario at her grandparents’ home on Kamaniskeg Lake. Stimulated by the rich and abundant lakefront wildlife, she not only developed her early drawing skills but also a deep reverence for nature. Cindy has completed works in oil, acrylic, watercolour and egg tempera paints. More recently she has developed an affinity for working in graphite pencil, which produces some exciting contrasts and details. She has also expanded her artistic skills to include computer graphics and design and is a graduate of the digital media program at Toronto’s International Academy of Design. Cindy currently lives with her husband Greg in the city of Scarborough and has been indulging in her newfound love of horses and horseback riding. Both Cindy and Greg are in Barry’s Bay whenever time and circumstances permit. |
