This is the subber manifesto compiled by the subbers on the old Studios USA Netforum. The thread was long and prospering, as you can see. :)

The Subber Manifesto

1. Subbers will fill the hot tub on Xena night.

2. Subbers will lose the soap.

3. All subbers will follow each others path.

4. All subbers will be buried together.

5. Subbers always put lip prints on letters to friends and associates.

6. Subbers love for X and G is endless.

7. Subbers appreciate dangerous breasts and hands like sailors.

8. Subbers will wash each others feet.

9. Subbers will kiss the hands of their fellow subbers.

10. Even in death, subbers will never leave sach other.

11. Subbers have many skills.

12. Subbers will cook with each others juices.

13. A long time ago SUBBERS knew the consequences of our lives together.

14. By the Gods all SUBBERS are beautiful!

15. Even in soap or in laundry our SUBBERS love is endless!

16. Subbers share the plans.

17. All subbers will travel to the land of the Dead AND Hell for each other.

18. All subbers will lay next to each other, holding hands, watching the stars.

19. Subbers will do the wild thing when the camera fades to black.

20. Even in death subbers will never leave each other.

21. All SUBBERS will be an eternal flame for one another.

22. Subbers will gaze longingly at Gabs abs.

23. Subbers are mean't to be together. We didn't..we didn't make it that way, it just is.

24. All Subbers will have hickeys!!!!

25. If anyone's listening, you know I'm not much for praying...but I don't know what else to do. I was ready to give up once and Subbers came into my life. Please, don't let that light that shines out of their face go out. I couldn't stand the darkness that would follow.

26. All SUBBERS want you to know they we are the best thing that has ever happened to us.

27. Subbers will fist a fish.

28. SUBBERS will give you their shirt, their boots, their underwear!!!!!

29. Subbers like what Gabrielle does.

30. Listen to me. A lot has happened to us subbers over the past year, and there were times when we were very confused. I want you all to know that I still think you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. You gave my life meaning and joy, and you will be a part of me forever.

49. Subbers will turn into a vampire and let other vampire subbers bit their neck.

50. Subbers will give a cute little lamb to other subbers on Solstice.

53. SUBBERS, you always said I was the brave one. If this be our destiny let us see it out together. Even in death, I will never leave you.

I also feel the need if any of my other subbers get married to give them the most mournful of looks, kiss them on the lips then hug them and look like my life has come to an end, then I will tell them I will always be visiting and they won't be able to get rid of me, then whisper a hushed and anguished goodbye under my breath.

56. Subbers understand what "technically " means.

58. Subbers when jealous, throw their coat at each other.

59. Subbers when possessed lick the side of their friends face.

60. All subbers are invariably, cunning linguists.

64. But you are my source, SUBBERS! When I reach down inside myself and do things that I'm not capable of, it's because of you. Don't you know that by now?

65. All subbers will give up their country (several times) to save each other.

66. All subbers will think of their fellow subbers on their wedding night (with someone else).

67. All subbers will look like they're cleaning their finger nails, as their subber's newly wed husband is slaughtered by a mad woman just a few feet away - not moving a muscle nor throwing a chakram to protect mentioned husband.

68. All subbers will ask other subbers to scratch their noses to let them know that all is understood and forgiven....

69. Subbers wear dead animal skins and smear blood on their faces just to see another subber's face "one more time".

70. Subbers will clean other subbers ears,"squeak, squeak".

71. Subbers will wake up in the middle of the night and reach for their soulmate to snuggle.

72. A Subber will snuggle with her fellow Subber's blanket when she is away.

73. A Subber will make up any excuse to avoid sex with men (especially ugly men) to be alone in a tent with her fellow Subber.

74. Subbers will let you use their weapon to scratch the fungus among us.

75. Subbers will let you grab their breasts to pull yourself up when you fall.

76. Subbers believe a home doesn't have to be a place, it can be a person.

77. Subbers let you hit them in the nose with your staff because they love you.

78. Subbers make veiled comments to each other that can be taken many different ways.

79. Subbers will leap through flames for each other.

80. Subbers will Always recognise each other in Whatever life they are in.

81. Subbers will ride off together on any mode of transportation that is currently in use during that lifetime. From horse to motorcycle.

82. Subbers will share their bait with each other.

83. "Our SUBTEXT binds us closer than blood ever could."

85. A Subber will jump across or into (the sea to a cursed ship, a burning coffin, the flames of Dahok--or Brunhilda, a river of lava, a bottomless pit, their principles against violence, the clutches of various warlords, jailers, monsters, gods, etc.) to find, catch, or save another Subber.

86. "Subbers get _their_ daughter back."

87. "Subbers have a love beyond good or evil; it's an end in itself."

90. SUBBERS will remember to use the unwritten portions of the scrolls when going to the toilet.

91. Subbers will wake up in mid-reaching-for-soul-mate-to-snuggle-with when they feel the presence of their soul mate is missing.

92. Subbers always bake those little dumplings with the red stuff inside when losing bets.

93. Subbers will endure the icy stars & comments of unhappy fathers of Poteidaia.

94. Subbers will drag other injured subbers up a mountain, in a snowstorm, and refuse to be treated for their own sliced up thigh so that the healer can look at their injured subber instead.

95. Subbers will, should the worst come to pass, take the sarcophagus with their subber-beloved's body back to their hometown so that they can be buried next to their brother, but be conveniently sidetracked by the Amazons so that our beloved will have enough time to occupy the body of Autolycos, steal the dagger of Helios, and her own body, defeat Velasca and get to the Ambrosia in time.

96. Subbers will let other subbers take over their bodies when it is necessary in order to fight crazed amazons and warrior princess/Ares's chosen wannabes.

97. Subbers will possess the body of the King of Thieves just to kiss fellow subbers.

98. Subbers will kiss other subber's chakram.

99. Subbers will be called "other subber's b***h" by a dead yet powerfull shamaness.

100. Subbers will get stoned on henbane-tainted nutbread, turn to a fellow subber and say "You're BEAUTIFUL!" Then fall down.

101. Subbers will suck on other subber's necks so that we may hear Joxer's immortal words "Is that a hickey?"

102. Subbers will tell nosy reporters that it's "none of their beezwax" whether another subber is their lover or not.

103. Subbers will tear poison arrows from each other's bodies when required... but with love.

104. Subbers will gently kiss foreheads and hands during highly emotional experiences.

105. Subbers will give sensual massages in the spiritual realm.

106. Subbers will fight six-armed demons in India for each other.

107. Subbers will find "The Way" together.

108. No matter what occurs, Subbers know who they will be going home with.

109. All subbers will jump off cliffs and break several bones in their bodies just to be nursed back to health by gorgeous bards and warriorwomen.

110. All subbers will pose as fire rings for a year or a decade to protect subbers from subbers who tries to take the subbers from the firesubbers.

111. All subbers will automatically tell each other of their past and moan and groan and cuddle in front of campfires.

112. SUBBERS choose their fairygodsister, not the prince!

113. Subbers will grab other subbers' BGSBs when they are dawdling putting up a street sign.

114. Subbers will use other subbers as jungle gyms to get off the gound when they fall during a play-attack on said subber.

115. Subbers will keep giving each other deep looks, from the very first time they see each other, and every time people ask them what made them change...

116. Subbers will find a "strange beauty" in the desert while sharing a watering hole with a naked friend.

117. Subbers will flex their abs in front of other subbers to make them finally get it.

118. Subbers will throw themselves on the back of deadly, evil monsters and hack them with chakrams to help other subbers.

119. Subbers will glance intentionally on other subbers when those subbers dance seductive in front of evil slavers.

120. Subbers will inevitably appear in fellow subbers dreams, premonitions and hallucinations.

121. Subbers will give subbers their favorite toy that they had as a child just because she loves said subber. Then acts like the stoic subber when subbee gets all happy and mushy!

122. Subbers have families they were born into. But sometimes families change, and subbers have to build their own. For this subber, our friendship binds us closer than blood ever could.

123. You see subbers, the way I look at it, life is an adventure to be explored. And, without adventure what's the point? Granted, with subbers sometimes it gets a little too adventurous, but that's what makes it interesting.

124. Well, they say that a single bite from a subber can turn a young innocent person into a wild, soulless creature whose only allegiance is to subbers. And, once bitten, they're lured into subbers lair to drink subber's blood. If they do, there's no way to save them. They become subbers...forever. They say subbers can take many forms, sometimes just roaming the forrests as wolves, to them an unquenchable thirst for blood. They track their intended victim relentlessly until they corner him and tear him limb from limb. But, if you ask me, I think the stories are exagerated. You know, just made up to give people a really good scare...

125. Subbers will consider other Subbers The Love of their Life.
