Each droplet crashes upon the floorboards below.
Love has built up, while at the same time crushed, this poor creature.
He continues to weep as she closes the door.
A galaxy's worth of thoughts and emotions run free in this young boy's mind,
All of which circle back to an engraved image of his perfect destruction.
His anger towards himself pounds through his fist, echoing to his feet.
He shouldn't have let her go, but she shouldn't have left.
This man filled with woe shall move on to another heartbreak and yet another,
But what will she do when she realizes her own horrible mistake?
