    September 1st, 2001:       

First meeting at Photo Exhibition in Elysee Museum in Lausanne, (Edward S.Curtis and Jeffrey Thomas, Iroquois photographer).

   September 4, 2001:  

Agree to collaborate on future painting projects.  

    September 5-6, 2001:  

Begin 2 "sunburst" backgrounds. This begins our first paintings on canvas. Acrylic will be  main medium.   Note: our first collaboration was done with pen and ink and sold  for 10  CH. A drawing on paper for cafe dining. 

    September 11, 2001:     

Puts life into a strong perspective. USA is under attack of the worst proportions with 4   hijacked airliners. The WTC towers are destroyed!  The Pentagon is hit and one plane   crashes in Pennsylvania. 

    October 7, 2001:

USA-Alliance air strikes begin in Afghanistan - Keep current events in dateline. ART SHOULD REFLECT THE TIMES WE LIVE IN! BE HERE...

    October 26-28, 2001

First art collaboration with John Smith Gumbula at Ete Indien (Indian Summer), 4 Winds event. Art Exhibition.
