Ramblings at the beginning of the month are at the bottom. Read in order of bottom to top. Yeah, it's a bid odd, but that's the way I typed them when they were on the main page, so that's the way they will be here.

It occured to me just now that I haven't had a rambling for quite a long while. Shame on me. Tsk tsk.

Well, what have I been doing...hmm...well I love playing Scrabble. I play it any chance I get and just recently, I found an online Scrabble game that didn't require any additional software to download to be able to play and I get to play with other people around the country. It's really fun and works wonderfully! It can be found at Games.com and I play there under the name of creativ82 so if you see that name, start a game, I might join. Let me know if you've seen my site or not. ^_^ Oh, and be prepared for a challenging game because I've been playing Scrabble for so long, I can't remember when I started. I know most of the two- and three-letter words by heart and know many key words worth lots of points. I'm a defensive and offensive player as well. (*tooting his own horn here...*) I'll stop. ^_^

As many of you probably know by now, I'm a HUGE Myst fan. I collect any and all Myst memorabilia and just recently, I took a nice updated picture of my entire collection. You can see it here. As you can see, I have a pretty extensive collection, but it's nothing compared to my good friend's collection on his site at lonelyto25.com. It's VERY impressive. Fun to try to live up to.

Well, that's all for now it seems. I have my astronomy class to go to soon. Oh! My astronomy test! I never mentioned how I did on that ugly thing! Well, I got a C, but it's better than what I expected to get. ^_~

A tragic but funny thing happened. My dad goes to graduate school at night to so he can get his masters. During this past week, he seemed to have misplaced his glasses and couldn't find them anywhere. He does this frequently but we usually find them. Today, he decided to go to his school and see if he might have left them there. He found them on the ground. In the parking lot...no lenses...and really flat. Someone had run over them. It's tragic but they looked quite funny! Fortunately, he has two other pairs of the same glasses. Below are two pictures of my dad holding the flattened glasses up. Poor dad! But it's funny! He's laughing too! (Clicking an image will open a new window with a larger version of that image in it.)

Flat glasses! Flat glasses!

I have an astronomy test coming up on Tuesday. Astronomy is my night class this semester in college. I love the class but this test is gonna be a doozy. 150 multiple-choice questions with 35 extra credit points. Sounds good right? Well, it is if I get the questions right. For ever extra credit question I get right, I get a point added onto my total test score. For every one I get wrong, a point is taken off of it. Not fun. Gotta be careful of how I answer the questions. Hopefully I'll do fine. Depending on if I do well or not, I'll post the result soon. At least it's better than 150 essay questions!

In case you don't know, I'm a Myst fan. Myst is the best-selling PC adventure game of all time. I'm an avid Myst memorabilia collector as well. A little while ago, I came across a VERY rare item which was a Myst puzzle-in-a-bottle. It's basically a jigsaw puzzle in a plastic wine bottle. But this thing is REALLY rare. I was lucky enough to stumble across it in my search for more Myst stuff to collect. I happened across a site that had a picture of it. I emailed the webmaster and asked him if he was willing to sell it to me for a fair price. He said he didn't own it but he gave me the email address of the guy who did. As luck would have it, that guy was willing to sell it to me for a good price. It came in the mail today. I must say, I'm happy to have in my posession one of the very rare Myst items. I will display it proudly in my room next to all my other Myst stuff. I have some other things coming in the mail up through the month of December so when I get all of them, I might post a picture of my entire collection for anyone to see if they want.

Have you ever been sitting at home in front of your computer and realizing that there's NOTHING to do? That's how I feel right now that's also the reason why I'm doing a rambling here because it's the only thing I can think of to do. I would normally get online and play around on the net nonstop until I get tired and go to bed. But now that I'm on cable, I'm always on and the internet isn't as thrilling anymore. *GASP* Yes, I did just say that. Don't get me wrong, it's a FANTASTIC resource for any and all information you want to know, but I've looked up everything I was curious about already. Didn't think that was possible. I don't know. Maybe I'm just being negative because I'm bored. I tend to do that sometimes. At least I've got some good online games to keep me occupied until I think of something to look up and read about. I'm trying to learn some programming in Visual Basic but with the astronomy test looming over my head, I don't want to cram any unnecessary information in my head only to push out all the important astronomical information. *sigh* So bored...

First things first: All the September ramblings have been moved to the September section of the archives if you were wondering where they disappeared to.

Secondly, many of you may hav noticed on the main gateway page to my three sites has a banner on it. This banner is to promote the release of the new highly anticipated adventure game SCHIZM. From what I've read and seen on it's official site (Schizm.com), it looks like a wonderful game with beautiful art and great gameplay. I look forward to playing it. Please, follow the link from the banner to their site and check it out. You'll be surprised at how immersed you become just reading one page of the site!
