FIRE & ICE

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if I had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

This is just the beginning of this tattoo which is now done. It looked lonley there by itself so I added the three other Fear Factory symbols to make it a band all the way around my calf and there is some tribal flames to seperate them all. This is the Obsolete FF symbol with my favorite comic book character's symbol (Michael Joseph Linsner's Dawn) incorporated into the bottom half. As well as being a tribute to FF and Dawn these two symbols also represent projects another favorite musician of mine was involved in. Gary Numan sang with Fear Factory on Obsolete (the beginning of the song "Obsolete" and a cover of his '80s hit "Cars") and he did the soundtrack for the Dawn comics as well.
