I Trust You

I might not always understand why you do what you do
I might sometimes question why you put some people on the earth.
I might wonder why you make me suffer through so many horrible things.
But, oh my dear Lord, always know that I trust you.
Know that I love you with my entire heart and soul
My devotion to you will forever remain true
I might not always understand and I may question
I wonder why babies die before they get a chance to live
I wonder why Hitler was even brought into this world
I wonder why cancer attacks little children
and makes them suffer before they die
I know you have a reason for everything you do
Something just don't make any sense
I have so many questions that really need answers.
Please, my dear Lord above, take my heart
Take my soul away as I write
For as soon as I reach those heaven gates
I am going to watch all the little children running free.

This speaks for itself, just a simple tribute to the great man upstairs, the Christ himself.
