Trouble Betweeen Friends

Sometimes I may snap at you-
We may yell, argue and disagree
It will make our friendship stronger
Its the harsh conflict between you and me.

I will always speak the truth
Even when its not what you want to hear
I will laugh and have fun with you.
I will hold you while you cry your tears.

I may not always agree with you
How you handle your own life.
I will not worship you and kiss your feet
While starving myself to strife.

I admit I make mistakes
Sometimes I am wrong
Thats when I sit back and listen
To a sad country song.

I don't know what else I can say
What else can I do?
The last thing I want to happen
Is to lose my friendship with you.

We have both made mistakes
We have both said things we regret
Lets stop the tears right here
And thank the Lord that we met.

There have been to many sleepless nights
To many tears have fallen from our eyes
You are my best friend until the end
In my heart you will forever continue to shine.

Story about "Trouble Between Friends"
We have all lived this poem...we might wished we hadn't, but we all have. I got the idea to write this poem from a friend of mine who was telling a group of people about her friend and how they both have made some poor decisions, but wished everything could just go back to how it once was. Both my friend and the other person had regrets- neither was right or wrong, but in all fairness, it came together into this poem. And if your wondering, they are again friends :)
