Purchasing Policy
1. All mail-orders
are filled and shipped within 2 weeks after receiving
your order. Credit card purchases are shipped within 5 days.
2. Product is shipped as soon
as your check or credit card has cleared and/or you
have made the correct payment. Be sure to include your e-mail
address so if there is any problem you can be informed.
3. Refund Policy
(a) Products are checked for defects before shipping.
If you receive a
product that has a defect it will be replaced free of charge one time
only. First, notify us by e-mail that you want to return the product
and why. Do not return product before making contact.
(b) If for some reason you have not received a
shipped product,
contact us by e-mail, we will make an attempt to track your order and
find it. If we are unable to locate your shipped order, we will re-ship
the product one time only. We reserve the right to cancel your
Customer Account File with us if you place a second request for this
type of refund. You will be required to repay the S&H charges.
(c) Other than the replacement of product as listed
above, All Sales
are Final and not subject to refund.
