"The Beauxbatons Uniform"

Mmm... the watercolor didn't scan too well for Fleur--the whole uniform's supposed to be a pale blue. Ah well. This is the design I had in mind for Beauxbatons; floaty and light, whimsical, and very cute. ^^ As for Fleur herself, at first I thought to make her an ethereal-looking gal, but when I think of her fiery personality, I feel like she'd be more of that hard, in-your-face and utterly fashionable sort of pretty, you know? So here we have stylized tendrils and a cute layered cut for her hair. Hmm... my watercoloring needs help...
