The Inverted Hexaduad

The Inverted Hexaduad is another English syllabic. Like it's counterpart the Hexaduad, the Inverted form uses rhyming couplets in it's stanza. However, in the inverted Hexaduad, the first two lines of the poem are repeated as the last two lines, only in reverse. Hence the name 'inverted'.
