I once thought I knew you, now I only know what you show me

I once thought the sky was blue, but there were clouds I could not see

Why is it that you act so true and then turn the other way and be so cruel
Is it in revenge or do you not see
It still hurts when you do something wrong, even if not in front of me
A whisper here and a whisper there
Turn into swords that stab me everywhere
In my heart especially which wants to believe
the words you speak are just an angered you
and the things you say are far from true
Maybe it was a bad time or a lost feeling
All I know is when I heard it was very revealing
Maybe you can clear this up because you must remember
A word when spoken travels from member to member...
