Habitat
They were first found at Rutunga
on the north-east coast of Lake Tanganyika. The geo-varieties can be found
in all north of the lake.
Behaviour and reproduction
Same as the other ones.
In the aquarium
Requires a spacious tank with
secure rock formations. Also requires a number of fish of its own kind.
However, new specimens will not be accepted. Water should be around 25 °C.
Varied diet of vegetation a must.
