Uhhh...I can't remember her surname...if she even has one. She's Hinoto's sister and is almost as powerful, that is, if she already isn't. She is on the site of the Chi no Ryu (well, whatever gave you that idea?) and is intent on the destruction of mankind, to ensure the world can continue. She knows about the futagobashi Kamui and Fuma and wants one of them to work for the Chi no Ryu. In fact, she knows one of them will be the angel of the dragons of the Earth, because it is their destinty. Unfortunately for her, not everything goes to plan.
