Computer Art
This is the section where I have placed all my art played upon the computer. All of it has been worked on in PhotoShop.
This is an 'Ayukawa' version of me. It was taken from a picture of one of the main characters in a 1980's anime called 'Kimagure Orange Road'.
On to More Computer Art -)

I did this work in my Intro to Media more than a year ago. I wanted to do something different, and came up with this. During my critique I explained it as someone dreaming of things. I have the dreaming eye in the background, which is my own, with a landscape painting and lilies from Monet. A statue of Our Lady is featured in the foreground. All my prof said to me was that I had Disney-Land going on inside of my head. (She didn't like me much).

This is something else I worked on in my Media class. I took images from the Thames behind the art building, blurred a forest pathway into the water, and then placed images from a sketch onto the picture. I then worked with the contrast to blur images into images.

This is the ending piece to a media work I named 'Life' for some reason I call a lot of my artwork 'Life'. I probably just don't like naming things...

Life is seen with enlarged sections on the next page.

Onto the bizarre...really, sometimes I can't understand what comes out of my head. A lot of my abstract works can't be explained until 2 to 3 weeks after I've done them (and unfortunately after the critique is long over). My Media Prof. said there was something really weird and psychotic about these images. I don't understand. Anne Geddes was an inspiration ;)
I know at the time of my crit I had a very good explanation for all the symbolism in this piece..something about my voice upon the world..its almost all lost to me :(

I took one of my landscape sketches and placed a scanned image of my face onto it. The scanned face was worked on quite a bit because, well..it was dark, and I scanned my face!

One of those weird moments in my life. They aren't rare.

I still have to add the posters I have made to this section, unfortunately some of the jpegs have been lost to SirCam...
