Get good at 50-50s and fs 180s. Get into a 50-50. As soon as you can tell that you are gonna grind put your back foot on the tail and the front foot around the front hardware bolts or in the middle of the board. When you get ready to do the 180 out simply twist your arms back like for a fs 180 and do a little pop or just a quick scoop to get started. Make sure you spin fast enough to do a complete 180. Land and be happy. Practice these for a little bit to get them down. I learned them the frist day I tried them.
