This house has a great split-floor plan. We've only been in it since June 2004, and the only reason we're selling it is because we're ready to move back to the country... We like the floor-plan so much though, that we're planning on building the same house! The square footage is 1790, but the layout makes it seem like a much larger house. It's also got a very large lot with rear drive through access. It's in the Club Creek Subdivision, off of Tyler, across from the Centennial Valley Country Club golf course. It's also just one mile from the new Ruth Doyle Intermediate School. We've made a lot of improvements outside, including an 8-ft stained privacy fence with an 8-ft gate in back and 4-ft gate on the side, above ground swimming pool, flower beds, shrubs, etc. This is a great house.
