I woke up in shock, for I felt that voice come from deep inside me, and I was the young man engulfed in flames!

Yes, it was a dream, but it was as real as anything I'd ever seen before-- that was one of the things the LORD showed me to open my eyes to the fact that He is REAL! A friend later told me about a Scripture that says "... when you walk through the fire you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon you, for I, the LORD God am with you." Isaiah 43:2

God Himself will show you His Reality, NOW if you will seek Him, or later when the Lord Jesus returns to judge the earth, you and everybody else will know He's real then!

When that Day comes, the sky will split open and there he will be, brighter than the Sun and Awefull in Power... the heavens will be filled with Fire and the mountains will melt like wax before him... those who Love him will join his hosts in the sky, but those who hate him will be looking for a place to hide. (The Revelation 1:7,16, 6:13-17, 19:11-16, Micah 1:3,4, 1Thessalonians 4:;16,17, 2Thessalonians 1:7-9)

I did a whole lot of drugs in my past, mostly "natural highs" like weed, mushrooms, peyote, etc. and I drank everything from homemade beer to Everclear, but as far-out, spaced-out, and burned-out as I got after seven years of that, I still couldn't get away from reality: REALITY is the fact that our Maker has LOVE for us-- BUT WE MUST TURN AWAY FROM SIN OR MISS OUT ON HIS LOVE!

The LORD is ...longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2Peter 3:9

A person can sure be in the dark and ignore the fact that God is Love-- but when sinners open their eyes and turn from sin to ask His help, The LORD changes our hearts and gives us the Power of His Love, His Life, and His Faith by His Spirit to know in Him we have Eternal Life!

You want to know a secret? All things are held together by the Word of the Most High-- who was known as Yahshua when he was here on earth. Without the Living Word of the Most High, nothing can and nothing will exist! (Colossians 1:17)

Can you imagine trying to fight against him? Pretty stupid, right? Watch out, then! Those who don't receive the Love of the Truth to be saved, WILL receive strong delusion-- there are lying spirits in this world who will gather unbelievers to fight against Jesus when he returns! The Bible says The LORD will laugh at them and their blood will flow upon the earth like a flash flood of red wine! (The Revelation 14:20, 16:14, 19:19, 2Thessalonians2:10,12, Psalm 2)

I was once under some of those spirits of deception and you think you can laugh off the Truth when you're in the dark like I was, but it's really a question of when a person wants to face the facts. Deep down inside we already know: we can seek the Truth with all our hearts and live in Yah's blessings, or we can refuse His Love and know for sure on Judgement Day that we'll be in Hell without Him! The choice is yours-- CHOOSE LIFE NOW!

And you shall seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with ALL your heart. Jeremiah 29:13

The LORD "weeded" me out of a patch of 14 foot tall Sinsemillan hemp plants to show me the Truth. I had been reading the Bible for about a month while camping out with and tending a marijuana crop in the backwoods of Kentucky.

After looking at the promises of Life in the Word, and looking at the emptiness in my own life, one evening I prayed, "Lord, is marijuana all I think it is? is that what you want for my life, or do you want something else?

The very next morning there were a bunch of State policemen out in that field and they all had guns pointed at me! Though the crop was a mile and a half back in the woods, the LORD had answered my prayer, and I got busted!

While awaiting trial, I got to hear the Word preached and I met some people who loved the LORD. One day while I was stoned, I found I couldn't even look a Christian friend in the eye because I felt so wrong. Later, when I told her how I felt, she shared this scripture: "if our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our hearts and He knows all things." 1John 3:20

By hearing the Truth spoken in love and seeing the hope and real joy God's people have, I learned for the first time to seek for Him with my whole heart. When the LORD finally dealt with me about my rebellion against my parents, I repented of all my sins and was born to new life in Christ Jesus by the Spirit of the Living God! HalleluYah!

Now I know that all the weed in the world is nothing compared to the joy Yah brings to life in a man! I was glad to throw away my love for "getting high" when I saw the pure power of His Highness flash life into me by His Word.

If any man be in Christ Jesus, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. 2Corinthians 5:17

I did a year in prison, but that jail time was a real blessing: for the first time in my life I was free to love the LORD and follow Jesus. There in prison, He renewed my mind by the washing of the water of the Word!

Where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty-- I was more free in prison than in the seven previous years I had spent hitchiking around the country supposedly staying high and being free! I only wish I'd sought the LORD sooner and turned from my selfish life of sin to receive His Life.

The night I got filled with the Holy Spirit, there was a little black lady singing outside the jail window... the LORD bless her wherever she is now! all she sang was the words "I know my God is real" over and over. HalleluYah, now I know He's real too. And I know He answers prayer when you call upon the Name of Jesus. His Hebrew name is Yahshua, meaning Yah's Salvation.

Yah's goodness is what leads us all to repentance. I thank Him for His goodness and mercy upon me, to let me know Him as my Father and experience the Life of His Love! Ask the LORD to show you his goodness so that you can turn from your sins to live in joy with His people forever!

Open your heart to His Spirit and ask for the fullness of Life and the POWER over sin that He gives. The Lord Jesus Christ gave his Life-Blood to bring Life to men and women. Believe the Spirit of Truth NOW as He lets you know these words are true!

Our God is a consuming Fire-- Who makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a Flame of Fire! Hebrews 1:7 & 12:29

He sent Yahshua to bless us by turning us away from our sins (Acts 3:26).

After we turn away from sin, the Bible teaches that we should be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and we shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38).

The Lord Jesus baptizes people with the Holy Ghost and with FIRE (Matthew 3:11): the Fire of Yah's Word burns away all that is impure in us, as His Spirit gives us power to live righteous lives.

And I say unto you : Ask and it shall be given unto you, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you: if you being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask? (Luke 11:9-13)

Read the Bible and let it wash away the filth of this world from your life. Yah's Word is alive and will strengthen you, guide you, and instruct you to live in victory and peace.

The Bible says that the LORD dwells in the praises of His people, so by all means attend services where the people really praise Him in all forms of worship: singing, clapping, shouting, dancing, and most importantly by listening to and obeying His commandments given throughout the Bible.

The Lord Jesus said, "if you love Me, keep My commandments" and the apostle Paul said "if any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed!", so make sure the people you worship with walk in obedience to the commandments and are not accursed.

Think not that I am come to destroy the Law and the prophets, I am not come to destroy but to fulfill.

For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass away not one jot or tittle shall pass from the Law till all be fulfilled.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments and shall teach men so, he shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But whosoever shall do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 5:17-19

Proverb 28:9 says, He that turns away his ear from hearing the Law, even his prayer shall be abomination. That explains why so much is wrong with Christianity today-- people in general have turned away their ears from hearing the Law!

But in genuine fellowship with others who Love the LORD and His Law, you'll experience the presence of Yah more fully, you'll find friends-- to share His Love, help-- to overcome the trials of life, and joy-- knowing the blessings of our Father with others.

The LORD commanded His people to come together in holy convocations every Sabbath Day [not Sunday] and on every other Feast Day listed in Leviticus chapter 23. The Earth has yet to see the great joy that will abound when all mankind keeps the Feasts of Yahweh. Be sure you're part of the obedient few now, so you can rejoice evermore as more people continue to come out of Babylonian holidays into the HOLY Days of Yah Almighty!

ABOUT ISLAM

Since other articles here deal with Islam, I thought I should also put a few words here as to my personal testimony of interest in and understanding of Islam.

I first read the Quran about 1992 after being stimulated to do so by a cassette recording of a Christian "evangelist" whose name I no longer remember. On his tape entitled "Ashes of the Red Heifer" he claimed that the first chapter and first verse of the Quran said that "he who finds the ashes of the red heifer shall rule the world". The rest of the tape was relating how that Israel would find these ashes mentioned in the book of Numbers and that the entire Muslim world would therefore submit to Israel!

Needless to say, a little investigation shows that the whole tape was a gross fabrication! Among other things this man claimed that the reason there was such a sense of peace inside of an Islamic Mosque was because Satan was being worshipped therein.

After reading the Quran, I was convinced otherwise: Allah is being worshipped inside the mosques of Islam and He is the same Supreme Being that is revealed in the Bible!

The name Allah is even used in the Bible 119 times, mostly in the books of Ezra, Daniel, and Job! You may refer to other writings on this site for some additional reasons for believing that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob AND Muhammad all worshipped the same True God, I just wanted to note here that I submit myself to Allah, there is no God besides Him-- He is known as Yah (I am!) in the Hebrew scriptures.

I appreciate my Muslim friends whose lives of devotion and sincerity I admire. May the Almighty be pleased to lead us on to perfection in Pure Religion.
