Frances Rachel BROOKS, second child and daughter of James Robinson and Elizabeth CHANDLER BROOKS, was born 23 FEB 1813 in Charlotte County, Virginia and died 1842 in Illinois. She married William McMAHAN on 27 NOV 1832 in Calloway County, Kentucky. William was born about 1809 in Charlotte County, Virginia.
William and Frances had the following children:
