I built a wall around me
to keep people from getting
too close within...

But then I met you
and you showed me what
it was like to have a "true" friend

When I'm sad or lonely
and feeling a little blue

All I have to do is just
spend a little while talking to you!

Like a warm and nourshing
ray of sunshine
each day you brighten my life

With patience and understanding
you listen to all my
troubles and strife

You tell me you wonder
how I am and miss me

What a wonderful feeling it is

You send me lots
of e-mail that is
so beautiful and sweet!

You always seem to know
just what to say
to stop my flowing tears

You comfort me with
caring words and "hugs"
that calm all my fears

When I'm having
a rough day at work
every once in a while

All I have to do
is just think of you
...and I smile :-)

You make me laugh with
your"kidding" and the little
"na na na na na's" you do!

I still can't believe
that I was lucky enough
to find a friend like you!

I love all the
little "cyber" fishing trips
we sometimes take!

Also..the camping and
being on the houseboat
on the lake!

Every day I realize
more and more what a
special friend you are to me

Somehow you always seem
to be there for me
just when I need you to be
