S.T.A.R. members were going to investigate what was happening in the local area of Raccoon City, little did they know, that this was the begining of their nightmare.

They were searching a forest, they decided to split up and investigate. One of the groups heard rustling in the bushes, they turned to look to see what it was. Suddenly, some creature jumped on one member and mauled him to death, shots rang out, followed by screams. The three other S.T.A.R. members starting running, they knew the creature was following them.

They saw a nearby Manison up ahead, they decided to go in there for safey. But they had no idea, that going in there, would be the survival of their lives...
