The Brown Family - Part II

Edward Brown was the son of Mathew and Hannah Okey Brown. He was born in Ohio and came to the Fluty area with his parents as a young man.

Designs and inscriptions on this stone were difficult to read. I will need to take the time to decipher it. This stone measures "H x "W x "D and is made of .

It is located near the center of the cemetery near the large walnut trees. Graves nearby include the Flutys, Thompsons, Wells and Browns. Edward's grave lies between his wife, Margaret's grave and several fieldstone markers.

Margaret has a tall sandstone footstone with no apparent markings.

This stone measures "H x "W x "D and is made of marble. It is located near the center of the cemetery near the large walnut trees. Graves nearby include the Flutys, Thompsons, Wells and Browns. Margaret's grave lies between her husband, Edward's grave and the grave for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Merphy Thompson.
