Bill on Deck

Still TRYING to enjoy the top-side deck despite the wind.
(It kinda reminds me of sticking your head out of a car window going down the hi-way)
This was on the way back, you should have seen it on the way to Mexico,
when there was an on-board medical emergency.
(I had no problem with the speed and resulting wind then, because that was understandable,
the captain did a great job getting the man to advanced medical help.)
