Everything was going normally for Oz. Well, as normal as it gets when your wife wants you dead and you're in desperate need of cash. Then Jimmy the Tulip moves in next door and all of a sudden his world falls apart.
Had it not been for the magic team of Willis and Perry, this movie would probably have been swimming with the fishes. As it turns out, their chemistry is perfect, taking this movie a few notches up from average.
