History: (Joker #2) - Willy's career as a criminal was in disarray because after every crime he committed he broke down in tears and soured the deal. He broke Joker out of Arkham Asylum to fix his problem and teach him how to be a better criminal. He filled Joker in on his plan to rob millionaire Sandor Cleeve of his platinum horde, using a laser to burn through an air-duct in the room where the goods were stored and sucking the metal into a vent connected to a getaway truck. Willy pulled off the crime, but started crying so hard that he nearly ran off the road. Joker told him he had nothing to be sad about, because Joker used his plans to steal the platinum from Cleeve before Willy got to the mansion. Willy was enraged and Joker pushed him around. He wanted the rage Willy felt to be what he focused on the next time he committed a crime.
