Powers: Verraco had porcine features, including large tusks. He was a skilled brawler and possessed superhuman strength, durability and an enhanced sense of smell.

History: (Batgirl I #66) - Verraco, the road Hog was hanging around his favorite roadhouse the Chomp ‘n Chug, when Cassandra (Batgirl) Cain walked in. The bar was crowded with bikers, and when one of them disrespected Cassandra Verraco clocked him. He tried to intimidate Cassandra, and was impressed when she stood up to him. He was even more impressed when she broke one of his fingers after he put his hand on her shoulder and was itching to fight her. Cassandra downed him with a judo toss and continued on her journey to find her mother Lady Shiva. She found Shiva’s former apartment building and showed a picture of her to an elderly neighbor, hoping she’d recognize her. Verraco had followed her all the way to Detroit, wanting a rematch. They fought across the neighborhood, and Cassandra was disgusted by how excited he got fighting her. After a low blow an enraged Verraco threw a car at Cassandra. She ducked, but the car hit the old woman. The woman turned out to be an OMAC, and quickly neutralized Verraco before flying off with him. Cassandra was intrigued by what had just happened, but was focused on continuing her quest.
