History: Theresa joined the Church of Blood and believed Brother Blood was in love with her, but he only wanted her for scientific experimentation. In hopes of controlling people's minds Blood gave Theresa psionic powers, but the surgical processes involved left her deformed in body and mind. Now called Twister she claimed to love what Blood did to her and served as hisloyal subject in a battle against the New Teen Titans.
