Powers: Technocrat's battlesuit contained an arsenal of weapons and gave him flight, superhuman strength and durability.

History: Barron was prepared to show his prototype Technocrat 2000 battle suit to the Markovian government, but after his assistant Charlie Wylde was mortally wounded by a bear he was forced to don the armor. As technocrat he joined the Outsiders, led by geo-Force, who were determined to free Markovia from usurpers Queen Ilona and her vampire lover Roderick.
