History: 

(Adventure Comics I #304) - Super-Turtle saw some children recklessly playing with a cannon, and when it shot a cannonball into the sky he tried to catch it in a butterfly net.

(Action Comics I #381) - Super-Turtle ducked into a dark store to change into his superhero outfit to respond to an emergency, but it was an infant wear store and he accidentally dressed himself as a baby.
