History: (Flash II #130 (fb), 132 (fb, BTS)) - Paul Gambi, the Rogues' costume-designer created his masterpiece when he made the Suit. He gave it to Dell Meriwether, a psych patient who killed a number of police and citizens before being stopped by Flash and Green Lantern. Meriwether died in the electric chair and the police tried to burn the Suit in a furnace. The current that killed Meriwether summoned an extradimensional creature that inhabited of the Suit. It survived and burrowed a hiding place for itself. A new wing of Keystone County Jail was built over the Suit's hiding place.

(Flash II #130-132) - Two prisoners conducted a séance that woke the Suit, and it escaped from it's burrow. After slaughtering the prisoners that summoned it and attacking prison guards it tracked down the Fashioneer. The Suit had a use for Fashioneer's powers to send people and objects into the past so it possessed him, seemingly killed the Flash and sent his "corpse" into the past with a message to let Flash know his death was inevitable. Flash actually survived and created a time-loop to make the Suit think it had killed him. The Suit drained its' hosts' life force, and the Fashioneer soon died, so it possessed a patrolman. Jay Garrick, Max Mercury and Impulse posed as Flash to confuse the Suit. The Suit fought them off, possessed Max and broke all the supercriminals out of Keystone Jail. It told them, the city was theirs as long as they kept it fed. Flash confronted the criminals. While Jay and Impulse put the supercriminals back in jail Flash confronted the Suit and unraveled the suit, freeing Max. The Suit reformed and took possession of Jay, so Flash offered himself up in trade. When the Suit possessed him Flash vibrated at superspeed, seemingly destroying it.

(Flash II #208) - The Suit was sent to Iron Heights penitentiary to serve out its' sentence.

(Flash II #217) - Mirror Master freed the Suit from the Heights. The Suit and the Rogues held a funeral for Captain Boomerang in Avernus.
