Powers: Steel Fang was a hexapalegic outfitted with giant mechanical spider-legs that possessed superhuman strength.

History: (JLA #90) - Steel Fang, who had delusions of grandeur, and thought of himself as a god, decided to take over Gotham City. Batman and Wonder Woman teamed up to stop him. After Fang was subdued and his mechanical legs were removed the heroes took time to discuss the struggles they were having with their feelings for each other. Fang was annoyed at being ignored and mocked them.
