History: Starfinger's past has yet to come to light. He had Starfinger I killed and then held the Martian resort city Nix Olympia for ransom. The Legion of Super-Heroes prevented Starfinger from destroying Nix Olympia, but Starfinger succeeded in killing Jonior, the owner of Olympia.

After an attack on Legion headquarters Starfinger severely injured Colossal Boy. Starfinger faked his death to avoid retribution from the Legion, but Chameleon Boy and Colossal Boy found out he was still alive and infiltrated his criminal organization.

Due to the events of Zero Hour Starfinger's existence was erased from DC continuity.
