PowersSpot was a skilled IT tech. He was a were-terrier, possessed by the undersoul of an animal, and transformed into a half-human half-terrier creature when the moon was full.

History

(iZombie #1) - Spot sat alone in Dixie’s Firehouse hoping his crush Gwen Dylan would show up. Gwen and her friend Ellie showed up and spot begged them to sit with him. Spot was always desperate for Gwen’s attention, and because she once mentioned she liked the Dixie Mason, Action Girl series of mysteries he bought her a Dixie doll mint in the box. Gwen loved the present, but Spot quickly bored her with stories of the possible supernatural events that inspired the Dixie stories. Gwen thought she spotted someone she might have known from her old life and abruptly left, disappointing Spot. Ellie and Gwen returned to the cemetery, never realizing they were being trailed by Diogenes and Horatio of the Fossor Corporation, a group of monster-hunters investigating an upswing of supernatural occurrences in Eugene.

(iZombie #2) - Spot dealt with frustrations at his job as an IT tech at the Whilamut Retirement Center, and was annoyed that his friends Ashok Patel and Vincent Tan had time to game on the job. They told him they just got a copy of Zombie Eye and asked if he wanted to play the videogame with them. Spot realized a full moon was coming up, so he declined. His friends were convinced that he was meeting a secret lover once a month when he disappeared, and Spot said he wished he was in a romantic situation. That night Patel and Tan went out clubbing, desperate to meet a girl, and Claire, a vampire, started chatting them up.

(iZombie #3) - Gwen’s last feeding was on the brain of the deceased Frederick Harris, and after absorbing his memories she realized he was murdered and cried out for vengeance. Gwen recognized the house he died in as the one she went trick-or-treating to where a creepy man ran her, Ellie and Spot off. She asked Spot to do some internet research to find out more about the owner. Spot met Gwen and Ellie at Dixie’s, despite it being a full moon. He was in were-terrier form but wore a hoodie to keep from attracting attention. Spot showed them what he could dig up on John Amon, which was virtually nothing. He noted that Amon had no criminal record and couldn’t picture him as a murderer. Spot excused himself before he was noticed and returned to his apartment. Claire chose Patel as her victim and led him out of the nightclub, so Tan stopped by Spot’s to spend the night. He was shocked to see Spot in his were-terrier form and spot meekly said that what Tan saw wasn’t what he thought it was.
