History: (Catwoman II #51, 52) - Rafael was one of the Nine Cartegnas, cousins that were also drug kingpins in Columbia. He stole money from his cousins, and when they learned of his betrayal he appeared before them, returned the money, and cut the nose from his face to make amends. The ghastly deformity led to him being nicknamed Skullface. He set up shop in Gotham City, and Catwoman and Huntress busted up one of his drug houses, and agreed to work together to raid his compound and give the money to a drug rehab charity. They took out the guards, put the dogs to sleep, and made their way to the Cartegnas' safe. One dog was still awake and alerted Skullface and his men, and Huntress and Catwoman blamed each other for the screw-up. Skullface said he was going to feed them to his dogs. A button-bomb from Catwoman gave the duo time to regain their composure and knock out the criminals and call the GCPD.
