Powers: Skarlet was a masterful hand to hand combatant armed with katanas.

History: (Mortal Kombat X #18) - Reiko recruited Smoke and Skarlet in his battle for control of Outworld. Skarlet stole Kotal Kahn's blood magik dagger, and Smoke said they could use it to unlock their captive Cassie Cage's ancient warrior power.

(Mortal Kombat X #20) - Havik tried to unlock Cassie's warrior blood by threatening someone close to her, so he had Skarlet beat Jacqui Briggs mercilessly. Cassie was furious and upset, but showed no powers, and Havik wondered if Cage's gift skipped a generation. Reiko returned with Jax's Kamidogu, and Havik told him that they needed only one more, because Raiden had collected the remaining three Kamidogu, so they would simply take them from him.

(Mortal Kombat X #22-24) - Mileena learned of Reiko's betrayal, and assembled a force to kill him, while Sonya, Johnny and Kotal Kahn prepared to confront him and free Cassie Cage. Reiko planned to divide and conquer, so he had Skarlet cut him with two of the Kamidogu so he could fill himself with blood magik. With Cage, Blade and Kotal Kahn approaching Shang Tsung's island Skarlet used the blood code to take control of Cassie and Jacqui. Reiko confronted Kotal and his crew when they arrived on his island, presenting Cassie and Jacqui, who were under the control of his blood code.
