History(Star Spangled Comics I #5) - Siva styled himself after the Indian god of destruction, and called a meeting of New York's most notorious criminals, telling them he had a plan to fight law and commit crimes with futuristic science. he offered his technology, and demanded half the profits. When one crimeboss objected Siva set him on fire, killing him, and warned the others that they dare not turn down his help. Crimeboss Mike Delany became his first test case, and Siva renamed him Ganesha the Indian god of luk, and gave him an elephant disguise to match. He gave Ganesha an anti-gravity craft that sucked up armored trucks with a skybeam. The police were helpless to stop Ganesha's crimes until the Tarantula investigated, and during his fight against Ganesha the villain died.
