History: 

(Batgirl I #62 (fb)) - The Silver Monkey was a renowned mercenary. Assassin David Cain raised his daughter Cassandra Cain to be a killer since birth. He employed a number of other assassins to help train her, including Silver Monkey.

Silver Monkey was seemingly killed on more than one occasion. It's never clarified if he'd survived death or if there were successors to the title of Silver Monkey.
