Powers: Shadowdragon was a stealthy hand-to hand combatant, and wore weapon-studded armor that could turn him invisible.

History:  Savitar was the prince of Bhutran, disgraced and stripped of his title. Using a technologically advanced suit he became the adventurer Shadowdragon, stealing technology to benefit his developing country.

(Adventures of Superman #524) - Shadowdragon broke Conduit out of prison, hoping this would keep Superman out of his way. Shadowdragon thought Conduit's methods of going after Superman's loved ones was dishonorable, so he wiped out Conduit's database that had information on Superman and his associates. After giving Conduit a beating he found Lois Lane and told her he was indebted to ensure the safety of Clark Kent and his family.
