Powers: Serpina had a trained boa constrictor named Bobo that constricted around her enemies.History: (Police Comics #21) - Hardwich hired Serpina to kill Sylvester Smirk, who was going to put Hardwich’s bus lines out of business. She performed her snake dance and lured him into private, but before her boa finished him off Plastic Man arrived to save Smirk. Serpina’s admirer circus strongman Mammo tried to take down Plastic Man but failed. Plastic Man tied Bobo in knots, and the boa squeezed himself to death. Serpina mourned her pets’ death, and Plastic Man decided the death of her snake and livelihood was punishment enough and didn’t turn her over to the police.
