Powers: Sea Wolf wielded a gun that shot paralyzing fog-gas. He used the Wolf-Sub, a submarine with a stylized wolfhead on front. The Wolf-Sub had an onboard computer and could release giant bubbles to envelop targets.

History: (Sea Devils #33) - Sea Wolf was a pirate who came under the thrall of Manchine, a sentient computer that could perfectly predict the best ways to commit crimes and gather precious gold. Sea Wolf became entirely reliant on Manchine, and was completely convinced that it was infallible. Sea Wolf and his Wolf-Pack pirates robbed a luxury yacht, using paralyzing fog-gas to sedate the passengers. The Sea Devils interfered, but Sea Wolf gave them a dose of fog-gas before escaping. Sea Wolf wanted to put an end to the Devils, so after robbing a gold carrying liner he had the captain radio the All-Nations Undersea Lab with his challenge to the Devils. The Devils never backed down from a challenge, but once they reached Sea Wolf’s undersea hq they were captured by Manchine. Sea Wolf kept bragging about Manchine’s abilities, and showed them the wrecker beam that destroyed anything to get to the gold of ships. This gave Sea Devil Judy an idea, and she tossed a gold earring at Manchine, and the computer fired the beam at itself. Manchine was destroyed, and the Devils apprehended Sea Wolf.
