Powers: Rot Lop Fan was blind. As a Green Lantern, Fan wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: Rot Lop Fan was a resident of the Obsidian Deeps, a world without light or color. Katma Tui approached him to be a Green Lantern, but because he had no concept of light he couldn't understand the power ring, nor could he use it. Katma-Tui altered the power battery she offered him to produce a f-sharp sound, and using the concept of sound he activated the ring. Rot Lop Fan believed himself to be a member of the F-Sharp Bell Corps.
