Powers: Roon Dvron was one of the world's greatest experts in time science. His Time Cube could transport matter into the future or the past. As a Green Lantern, Vidar wielded a power ring fueled by willpower and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. Vidar's power ring was ineffective against anything colored yellow.

History

(Legion of Super-Heroes III #9) - The Legion of Super-Heroes were reunited with their members lost in Limbo, and threw a huge party. Rond Vidar attended and wanted to bet Star Boy he could perfect a solar-powered time-search beam.
