Powers: Killgrave was a brilliant inventor. He utilized a mechanical tank that shot energy blasts and a teleportation device.

History:  (Superman II #19) - Mad scientist Killgrave used a teleportation device to assemble machinery into a hi-tech tank, and broke out of Stryker's. Superman confronted him, and although Killgrave enjoyed using his toy on Superman, the hero finally prevailed, destroyed the tank, and sent Killgrave back to his cell.
