Powers: As a Green Lantern, Kaa wielded a power ring fueled by willpower and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. 

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Procanon Kaa served as a Green Lantern for generations, and was responsible for mediating disputed within the Khund Empire. This dangerous job did little for his popularity, and recently several Khund warlords declared him an enemy of the empire and banned him from several planets in his sector.
