Pow-Wow Smith received a profile in Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe #18.
The first Pow-Wow Smith stories took place in the 1940s-190s, but later ones occurred in the 1800s. DC eventually clarified the situation, making the 1940s stories Pow-Wow Smith the descendant of the 19th Century version.
