(Batgirl I #58) - When Batgirl and Robin moved to Bludhaven officers Amy Rohrbach and Gannon Malloy were skeptical about working with them, but Commissioner Phil Addad insisted that Bludhaven needed them with Nightwing gone. Rohrbach admitted to Batgirl that Bludhaven PD were keeping Blockbuster’s body in the morgue for the D.E.O., but when they came to retrieve the corpse it had vanished. Rohrbach suggested Batgirl and Robin speak to Blockbuster’s attorney Calvin Westbrook, who had control of his estate. Addad wasn’t sure if Blockbuster was still alive, but knew that someone had already made moves to take control of his criminal empire. Addad suggested to Rohrbach and Malloy that they keep their involvement with Batgirl and robin on the down low.
