History: When the American super-team known as the Force of July were captured by Communist agents, they were subjected to thorough examination and scientific analysis. Soviet scientists used this information to craete a government super-group called the People’s Heroes. The exact power-source of the Force of July is unknown, thus so is that of the People’s Heroes. They were assigned as secret service for Soviet Premiere Mikhail Gorbachev. Twice they have battled the Outsiders, with the outcome being evenly divided.
